About The Position
The Subject Matter Expert (ISO) will lead documentation and other international documentation standards. The role requires demonstrated expertise in ISO skills, including expertise relevant to CA/PPT, and the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems that may affect service quality. An active Secret clearance is required.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated expertise in ISO skills; CA/PPT requires this expertise.
- A minimum of 10 years of specific experience.
- An ISO credential.
- Six Sigma (Lean) qualification.
- A master's degree in a related field or 16 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead documentation and other international documentation standards.
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems that may affect the quality of services.
