About The Position
Dexis Professional Services is hiring Subject Matter Experts to support the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). Experts will align with one of several technical areas: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; or Dashboard and Metrics. The position is contingent upon contract award. The successful candidate will serve as the senior technical resource in an assigned functional area, address complex problems affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance, produce or review substantive technical documentation, and advise leadership and delivery teams on improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant experience in the assigned technical area.
- A master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
- An active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA before contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical resource for one of the five functional areas: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; or Dashboard and Metrics.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance.
- Develop or review substantive technical documentation demonstrating detailed knowledge of the assigned functional area.
- Advise leadership and delivery teams on practical improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
