About The Position
Dexis Professional Services is hiring Subject Matter Experts to support the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). Experts will align with one of five technical areas: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; or Dashboard and Metrics. The position is contingent upon contract award. The SME serves as a senior technical resource in an assigned functional area, addressing complex issues affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance. The role develops or reviews substantive technical documentation and advises leadership and delivery teams on practical improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the assigned technical area.
- A master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
- Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical resource for one of the five functional areas: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; or Dashboard and Metrics.
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance.
- Develop or review substantive technical documentation demonstrating detailed knowledge of the assigned functional area.
- Advise leadership and delivery teams on practical improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
