Requirements

• Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Experience supporting government sourcing teams.
• Experience training and mentoring team members.
• Experience leading commodities.
• Experience negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
• Experience delivering compliant FAR15 packages to the Government.
• Experience working with pricing organizations.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers for FAR15 compliant subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs.
• Support the Machining Government Sourcing team.
• Responsible for training and mentoring other team members.
• Lead a commodity(s) within the team.
• Manage the process from proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
• Deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the Government.
• Work closely with the Pricing organization.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get FAR15 compliant subcontracts in place.
