About The Position

In this role, you will assist Subcontract Administrators in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Requires 2-4 years of related experience
• Knowledge of commercial and contract management principles, processes, and practices.
• Skill in preparing, reviewing, organizing, and administering commercial and contractual documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to resolve matters.
• Proficiency in applicable business systems, databases, and software used to support commercial and contract administration activities

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more Subcontract professionals with moderately routine duties and closeout
• May be assigned small-value service agreements
• Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts
• Assists Subcontract Manager or Subcontract Professional in completion of the various tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, Standard Work Process Procedures, and automated subcontract management systems
• Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned
• Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned
• Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and prepares periodic status reports
• Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools
