About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Management for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor relationships and ensuring that material flow aligns with production schedules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage subcontractor agreements and performance metrics. Coordinate material flow between suppliers and manufacturing sites. Facilitate supplier collaboration to resolve issues and improve processes. Support manufacturing excellence by ensuring timely delivery of components.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
• Microsoft Office Suite Skillset
• Ability to travel
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
