Requirements

  • Advanced contract negotiation, supplier management and/or program management
  • Experience working with Sustainment operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting experience using SAP
  • Experience training, coaching, and or mentoring new and emerging talent
  • Experience preparing data/metrics/charts for and presenting to Executive Leadership and/or external customers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of experience
  • Strategic sourcing and cost‑optimization expertise
  • Complex build-to-print subcontracts
  • Development of Acquisition Strategy, Bid Packages, Evaluation and Negotiation of Supplier Proposals and Purchase Order creation and documentation
  • Formal Leadership or management experience
  • Experience effectively communicating with senior leaders to include program, company, subcontractors, and customers
  • Experience leading a cross functional team and mitigating any challenges or issues that arise
