Subcontract Management Staff
About The Position
You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the LRASM Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for coordinating subcontract activities and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain. As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontract activities and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Disseminate updates to relevant functional teams and collaborate on corrective actions. Analyze supplier data, generate responsive insights, and compile comprehensive reports. Monitor performance metrics, risk indicators, and compliance status, escalating issues as needed. Provide day‑to‑day query support for internal stakeholders and subcontract managers. Engage with the internal team to coordinate proposal activities for GSC.
Requirements
- Experience with procurement and/or subcontract management and/or project management
- Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Able to travel (~10%)
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Nice To Haves
- Defense Industry and Production program experience
- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and/or Supplier Management Teams Replacement
- Experience in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
- Demonstrated Risk Management experience
- Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
- Experience with LM P2P (SAP buying system) and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies (LMAP)
