Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Experience with SAP, MRP or ERP systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis
  • Understanding of supply Chain principles
  • Previous Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Contracts or Finance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Sikorsky Quality and Engineering Requirements
  • Well organized and able to prioritize competing requirements
  • Working knowledge of Rotary business and supply base
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders (leadership, peers, suppliers)
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with supplier
  • Strong technical background relative to suppliers
  • Familiar with finance, cost/price analysis, schedule analysis, budgeting, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement cycle from purchase order to payment of invoice.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms including implementing Long Term Agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance issues.
  • Manage resolution of quality issues, rejections, RRCA and all supporting quality initiatives.
  • Manage across all functional areas with engineering, dwg, op sheet issues, and all technical issues.
  • Support offset requirements.
  • Support material operations, EH&S, development, and attend meetings as required.
  • Manage gated projects including presentations with executives from start to completion for large statements of work.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
  • Achieve 100% on time delivery to all customers.
  • Achieve required year over year cost reductions.
