About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Subcontract Administration team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontracting processes for critical programs. As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing high‑volume subcontracting activities that enable development, production, and sustainment of critical programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage high‑volume, quick‑turn subcontracting activities from cradle to grave supporting critical programs. Coordinate with project managers and PP&C to meet project schedules. Ensure all procurements comply with Company policy and LMAP procedures. Provide on‑site support as needed to address customer requirements.

  • Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to handle high volume, quick-turn procurements
  • Ability to multi-task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customers needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
