About The Position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You will prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, and prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. You will also negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Additionally, you will participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. You may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related discipline
  • Experience of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
