About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Lube Service Advisor to join their Subaru Service Team in Marysville. This role is crucial in building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The position involves interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, researching vehicle history for recommendations, maintaining customer information, and efficiently scheduling appointments. The role requires strong communication skills via telephone, email, and chat systems.
Requirements

- Proven strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance
- A valid driver’s license
- A good driving record
