About The Position
As a Food Service Shift Leader in the Sub Shop, you will work in a dynamic retail environment and develop an understanding of the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations. You will help ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide the freshest products. The role involves managing others in a fast-paced environment and supporting customer service and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities
