The Sub Leader position is for the DMMI Production Control / Warehouse - Inbound Logistics (Receiving) department on the 2nd Shift. The core hours for this role are 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. A resume is required for consideration. This role involves leading the Receiving team members in the absence of the Team Leader, conducting daily audits, facilitating start-up meetings, and filling in for absent associates. The Sub Leader is responsible for communicating information across all levels and departments, maintaining Team Leader books, charts, and graphs, and training/developing associates and temporary staff. This position also involves enforcing company policies and procedures and serving as the first point of contact for associates seeking assistance. Overtime may be required.
