About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor who helps customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role supports customers in discovering and expressing their personal style and incorporating Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The Stylist provides product and styling guidance, builds customer relationships, supports sales, and maintains operational excellence in the retail environment. This is a temporary position.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local language proficiency, as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Must be available to work Black Friday.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Show customers multiple ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner.
