Part Time Stylist $1,000 Hiring Bonus
About The Position
At Peyton Company Great Clips salons, stylists can build a career and future with access to state-of-the-art training programs and ongoing trend training. Training is provided to help stylists keep their skills current. Great Clips customers walk in, so stylists do not need to build a customer base. The salon uses Clip Notes® and Online Check-In technology to support customer service and earnings potential. The main goal for stylists is to build meaningful customer connections and create a sense of comfort, freedom, and connection that encourages customers to return for their hair care needs. The posting seeks part-time and full-time stylists and barbers. A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered to part-time stylists working at least 18 hours per week; current Great Clips employees are not eligible for the bonus.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/province regulations.
- Dedication to great customer service.
- Commitment to follow the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer, every time, in every salon.
- Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Skill to use a computer to track customer information.
- Reliability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
