Part Time Stylist $1,000 Hiring Bonus
About The Position
At Peyton Company Great Clips salons, stylists can build a career and future with access to state-of-the-art training programs and ongoing trend training. Training helps stylists keep their skills current, while walk-in customers mean there is no need to build a customer base. Great Clips also uses Clip Notes® and Online Check-In to support earnings potential. The main goal for stylists is to build meaningful customer connections and help customers feel comfortable, free, and connected so they return for their hair care needs. A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered to eligible part-time stylists working 18 or more hours per week; current Great Clips employees are not eligible for the bonus.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state or provincial regulations.
- Dedication to great customer service.
- Commitment to follow the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer, every time, in every salon.
- Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in listening to and understanding customer requests.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Skill in using a computer to track customer information.
- Reliability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Dedication to growing skills and career.
