About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Lead Stylist for its West County Mall location in Des Peres, Missouri. The role leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The position works a minimum of 15 hours per week and supports both customer styling and the store’s daily operations.

Responsibilities

Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers and ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth and positive energy while demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong styling experience for customers.
Support the leadership team in daily store operations, including coordinating operations, managing inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
