About The Position

Requirements
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks
- Ability to read, write, and do basic math
- Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
- Comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
- Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Understand guest needs
- Perform quality consultations
- Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner
- Closing out the system at the end of the day
