About The Position
EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated trends from more than 150 brands, along with a personal styling experience. The Part-Time Stylist helps ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience in the store, with a focus on making sure all customers are seen and connected with. The role calls for a warm, energetic presence on the sales floor and a commitment to the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity. The Stylist works with store leaders and peers to provide a strong styling experience, supports daily store operations, contributes to inventory management and visual merchandising standards, and helps achieve store sales goals. The schedule may range from 8 to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Acts through EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
- Maintains a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy while showing passion for fashion and trends.
- Follows company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
- Team styles with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
- Supports the leadership team with daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
- Contributes to sales generation and the store’s goals.
