About The Position

You will be responsible for opening and closing the studio, ensuring it is clean and organized, reviewing appointments and goals with the team, providing coaching and support, onboarding and training new Sales Associates, and leading by example to keep the studio running smoothly. Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
  • Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the studio, ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
  • Reviewing the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
  • Supporting a positive and focused team environment.
  • Acting as the team's go-to resource, offering coaching when needed.
  • Checking in on team performance.
  • Helping to solve problems.
  • Onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
  • Leading by example and ensuring the studio runs smoothly, especially when the Studio Manager is off-site.
