About The Position

StretchLab is the global leader in one-on-one assisted stretching with over 350+ locations. We're seeking a sales-driven, energetic General Manager to lead membership growth, drive brand awareness, and build a high-performing team. About the Role: 80–90% focused on sales, lead generation, and closing memberships 10–20% focused on studio operations and team leadership Network, prospect, and position StretchLab as the premier destination for stretching and recovery Train, motivate, and lead a small team of sales reps and flexologists Manage studio CRM (ClubReady), inventory, marketing activities, and KPIs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales preferred)
  • Love networking, prospecting, and building client relationships
  • Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Can work independently and lead a team to hit sales goals
