About The Position

We are a wellness studio dedicated to helping our members improve their mobility and flexibility, so they can move better, feel better and live better through customized, one-on-one assisted stretching wellness programs. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Studio General Manager to lead our team, drive membership sales, and grow our presence in the community. This is a hands-on full-time leadership role that is 80% focused on sales, lead generation, and local marketing, and 20% on operations and staff management. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in membership sales, gym/fitness sales, or retail sales.
Comfortable with cold outreach, direct face-to-face marketing, and local networking.
Ability to inspire, train, and manage a diverse team to hit daily and monthly revenue goals.
Comfortable learning studio management software and running sales metrics reports.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, to support marketing events and peak studio times.

Responsibilities

Conduct consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to cultivate leads and follow up with missed guests.
Own the full sales cycle. Convert prospects into monthly recurring members through personalized introductory visits.
Generate fresh leads weekly through corporate wellness events, pop-up events, and partnerships with local businesses.
Build a community culture to minimize member attrition and handle member service needs.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of certified stretch practitioners (Flexologists).
Create and optimize staff schedules to maximize floor coverage and labor efficiency.
Run key performance metrics (KPIs) through our studio software (ClubReady).
