About The Position

We are a wellness studio dedicated to helping our members improve their mobility and flexibility, so they can move better, feel better and live better through customized, one-on-one assisted stretching wellness programs. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Studio General Manager to lead our team, drive membership sales, and grow our presence in the community. This is a hands-on full-time leadership role that is 80% focused on sales, lead generation, and local marketing, and 20% on operations and staff management. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in membership sales, gym/fitness sales, or retail sales.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, direct face-to-face marketing, and local networking.
  • Ability to inspire, train, and manage a diverse team to hit daily and monthly revenue goals.
  • Comfortable learning studio management software and running sales metrics reports.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, to support marketing events and peak studio times.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consistent outbound calls, texts, and emails to cultivate leads and follow up with missed guests.
  • Own the full sales cycle. Convert prospects into monthly recurring members through personalized introductory visits.
  • Generate fresh leads weekly through corporate wellness events, pop-up events, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Build a community culture to minimize member attrition and handle member service needs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of certified stretch practitioners (Flexologists).
  • Create and optimize staff schedules to maximize floor coverage and labor efficiency.
  • Run key performance metrics (KPIs) through our studio software (ClubReady).
