About The Position

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Nice To Haves

Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
License in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Responsibilities

Opening the studio and ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
Reviewing the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
Supporting a positive and focused environment.
Acting as the team's go-to resource for coaching and problem-solving.
Checking in on team performance.
Assisting with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
Leading by example and stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site.
Closing up the studio at the end of the day.
