About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
  • Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Nice To Haves

  • Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
  • License in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Responsibilities

  • Opening the studio and ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
  • Reviewing the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
  • Supporting a positive and focused environment.
  • Acting as the team's go-to resource for coaching and problem-solving.
  • Checking in on team performance.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
  • Leading by example and stepping up when the Studio Manager is off-site.
  • Closing up the studio at the end of the day.
  • Celebrating team wins.
  • Preparing for the next day.
