About The Position

Kidcreate Studio is seeking a Studio Manager to help run and promote their art studio for kids. This role involves working with children aged 18 months to 12 years, fostering a passion for art education, and ensuring a safe, fun, and educational experience. The Studio Manager will play a leadership role in the absence of the Studio Owner, act as a liaison between staff and customers, and oversee day-to-day operations. This includes quality control, facility operations, training, mentoring, and advising studio employees. The position also involves overseeing classes and parties, managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling, disciplining), sales and marketing, maintaining supply inventory, invoicing, and fostering teamwork. The role is initially part-time with the flexibility to become full-time in 2027. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, creative, enjoy making a mess, love working with kids, and are excited about checking things off their lists. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities
