About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking an energetic, people-first leader to join their Exton, PA team as an Assistant Studio Manager. This part-time role (24-30 hours/week) involves being the face of the studio, leading member experiences, driving membership sales, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is motivated by results, enjoys connecting with people, and seeks a leadership opportunity with flexible hours. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a brand-new studio in a high-demand market.

Requirements

2+ years in fitness, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or service sales.
A track record of hitting targets and following through on commitments.
Presence and confidence to represent the brand independently during shifts.
Strong communicator (in person, phone, and writing).
Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership without close management.
Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
Genuine passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of BODYBAR Pilates during shifts, welcoming members, leading studio tours, and creating an exceptional first impression for prospects.
Drive membership sales through outbound calls, walk-in tours, and community events.
Follow up with leads consistently and with genuine enthusiasm.
Support grassroots marketing and local outreach efforts.
Assist with day-to-day studio operations including check-ins, scheduling, retail, and maintaining studio cleanliness.
Report on sales activity and pipeline progress to the Studio Manager.
Lead independently when the Studio Manager is off-site.
