Requirements

Proven experience in a management role, such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager, preferably within the wellness or service industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
Organizational expertise.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective at setting clear expectations, goals, and delegating tasks to team members.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to commute to Kent, WA (Required).

Responsibilities
