Studio Manager

Stretch ZoneDelafield, WI
Onsite

About The Position

As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members. As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments. You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. Hands on with both new and existing clients
