About The Position

The Studio Manager leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. The role provides customer service throughout the photographic, sales, and delivery experience; follows established processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography; develops Team Members’ skills; and is accountable for studio results, including sales average and customer satisfaction. The position is full-time and based in Toms River, New Jersey. The listed pay rate is $24.00, with a New Jersey base pay range of $21.39–$25.72. The position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401(k) program, and other employee perks.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Be able to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be able to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Have strong math and intermediate computer skills, including navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.
• Two or more years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
