About The Position

F45 Bay Shore is seeking a Studio Manager to lead sales and lead generation, coach members, and manage the daily operations of a vibrant fitness community. This is a hands-on leadership role offering autonomy and accountability to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with coaching and team-building capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of growth.
  • 1+ years of coaching experience.
  • 1+ years of management/staff oversight experience.
  • A current, nationally accredited fitness certification (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, PTA, NASM, AFAA) — or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
  • High proficiency with Mindbody Business or a similar platform.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working independently as well as with Studio Owners and the team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed all sales and membership growth targets.
  • Lead lead-generation and marketing plans across social, digital/print, and community events.
  • Create sales goals, contests, and incentive-based motivation for the team.
  • Build strategic partnerships and outreach with local businesses, community groups, and charities.
  • Own the full membership sales cycle, from inquiry to conversion and retention.
  • Drive the client referral program and creatively reduce churn.
  • Connect and build relationships with members to help drive results and increase retention.
  • Own and grow social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Coach 12+ classes per week and maintain F45 programming knowledge.
  • Recruit, train, and develop group fitness coaches and membership sales consultants.
  • Build team schedules and lead day-to-day studio operations.
  • Uphold the F45 Brand programming and educate staff and members.
  • Ensure front desk systems and studio processes run efficiently (check-in, inquiries, payments, etc.).
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
  • Provide genuine hospitality and professionalism to members and teammates.
  • Grow gross margins through smart scheduling, capacity utilization, and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
