About The Position

At Kidcreate Studio Bethesda, we're on a mission to help children learn, create, and explore through hands-on art and science experiences. We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-loving Part-Time Studio Manager to help lead our growing studio. Requirements

Must be available part-time with the flexibility to become full-time in 2027.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and enjoy making a mess.

Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

Studio Managers play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present.
Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
On occasion, oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years while focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience.
Oversee a staff of part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members.
