About The Position

At UFC GYM, we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof—from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and mindful Yoga Instructor to lead our members through engaging, safe, and results-driven sessions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Yoga.
• High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
• Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
• Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Yoga) is highly preferred.
• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred).
• Specialty format Yoga certification (RYT or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Yoga classes, incorporating safe, well-paced choreography and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and modifications to ensure a safe workout for all fitness levels.
• Welcome and orient new participants, build rapport with members, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Arrive early for setup, start/end on time, and ensure all studio equipment and sound systems are handled correctly.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
