About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment for students and the community. This part-time position requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. SET members can purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, supporting their connection to the CorePower community and personal yoga practice. The role also includes access to retail discounts, buddy passes, and discounts on specified teacher trainings.

The SET member is expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The position pays $15.40 per hour. Requirements

• Be able to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
