About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role involves cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, handling waste, and notifying management of maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together, and to follow the company’s attendance policy.

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. The position pays $16.90 per hour. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, with access to yoga in studio or online, retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, discounts on specified teacher trainings, continued education offerings, and access to the Employee Assistance Program. Hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are paid at time and a half.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
