About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment for students and the broader community. The role supports the student experience by preparing studio spaces and equipment for use while demonstrating the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs. SET members can purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher-training programs. The position pays $18.42 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
