About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming environment for students and the studio community. The position supports the student experience by keeping studio spaces, equipment, and supplies ready for use and by demonstrating the company’s core values.

This is a part-time role requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher-training programs. The role also offers access to employee assistance resources and other listed perks.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with schedule varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
