About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene yoga studio environment. This role supports the student experience and the CPY community while reflecting the company’s core values. Team members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access yoga membership. This part-time position requires up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with scheduling based on studio needs.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with a schedule that varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
