About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its Ballard studio and support the student experience. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting studio spaces, keeping supplies and yoga equipment organized, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to follow the company’s time and attendance policy and commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. The position offers an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, including retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on certain teacher trainings.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
