About The Position

The CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member supports the student experience by keeping the studio clean, hygienic, organized, and ready for use by the community. The role is part-time, with a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month; schedules vary based on studio needs. SET members are expected to embody CorePower Yoga’s values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. The position offers eligibility to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month, with scheduling varying according to studio needs.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
