About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role involves cleaning and organizing studio spaces and equipment, replenishing supplies, handling waste and laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values and follow its attendance policy. This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying by studio needs. Members are eligible to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
