About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming environment at the Mockingbird studio and support a positive student experience. The role includes cleaning studio spaces and equipment, replenishing supplies, assisting with laundry, and reporting maintenance needs. SET members are expected to follow the company’s core values and attendance policy and commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs.

SET members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access membership, with prices and maximum hours varying by market. The membership includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified teacher-training programs.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Know proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
