About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment for students and the community. The role supports the student experience by cleaning and preparing studio spaces and equipment for use, while demonstrating the company’s values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. This is a part-time position requiring up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. Members are eligible to purchase a discounted All Access yoga membership.

Requirements

• Commit to up to six hours per month; schedule varies according to studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
