About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member helps make yoga accessible and positively impacts the student experience by maintaining a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment. SET members are expected to exhibit CorePower’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together. This part-time role involves committing to up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Team members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership. Compensation is $19.29 per hour.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month, with schedule varying based on studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Be able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
