About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene environment at its Minnetonka studio. The role supports the student experience and includes cleaning studio areas and equipment, restocking supplies, handling waste and laundry, and notifying management of maintenance needs. SET members are expected to demonstrate the company’s core values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This part-time position requires a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying according to studio needs. Team members may purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership, which includes retail discounts, Buddy Pass access, and discounts on specified CPY teacher-training programs. Compensation is $11.41 per hour.

Requirements

• Able to commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Able to lift and move equipment such as yoga mats and props.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of studio maintenance or repair needs.
• Commit to an agreed schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
