About The Position

The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for a School of Rock location, providing outstanding customer service while managing multiple tasks. Reporting to the General Manager, the coordinator helps run the school and create a positive experience for students, parents, and prospective customers. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, and/or customer service role.
Excellent customer service and relationship skills, with a welcoming and outgoing demeanor.
Experience and interest in working with children.
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and solve problems.
Ability to adapt and remain flexible under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative team player.
Positive energy and personality in the workplace.
Polished demeanor and a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of music and/or the music industry.

Responsibilities

Support daily school operations, including opening and closing, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
Handle complex scheduling and manage phone and email communications using scheduling software, Google Workspace, CRM, Canva, or other design tools.
Greet students and parents, answer questions, and resolve concerns while providing top-quality customer service and fostering an inclusive environment.
Promote student safety by overseeing adherence to the School of Rock Code of Conduct and safety policies.
Explain and promote the music program to prospective families, lead school tours, and enroll new students.
Assist with marketing by promoting events, maintaining the school's social media presence, and contributing to content creation.
Support the General Manager with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
