ABOUT US SWTHZ (https://swthz.com) is the fastest growing multi-unit brand in wellness, with 60+ open locations and over 400 licenses sold across the U.S. We’re redefining wellness through luxury contrast therapy, with studios offering private infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C showers. Requirements

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standards
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Maintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-house
Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly
Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses
Clean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the day
Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs
Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols
