About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Studio Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals while driving studio growth through exceptional customer service and sales performance. The Studio Leader is directly responsible for generating sales revenue, creating an outstanding client experience, and supporting daily studio operations. This individual will work closely with our Stretch Practitioners to optimize scheduling, promote services, and build strong relationships within the local community. Upon successful completion of certification, the Studio Leader will also be expected to provide assisted stretching sessions to members as needed, helping support client outcomes and studio operations.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to successfully complete certification training and become a Licensed Stretch Practitioner.
  • Willingness to provide assisted stretching sessions to members once certified.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in service-based sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
  • Experience with membership sales, client retention, or wellness services.
  • Community outreach, event planning, or partnership development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Communicate with clients via email and SMS messaging.
  • Drive sales traffic and membership growth for the studio.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.
  • Collaborate with Stretch Practitioners to develop and manage client schedules.
  • Conduct assisted stretching sessions for members following successful completion of certification and licensure requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate community outreach events and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment scheduling.
  • Support day-to-day studio operations and create a welcoming environment for all clients.
