About The Position

The Lifepointe Students Saturday Director provides leadership and oversight for middle school students during Lifepointe’s Saturday service. The role aims to create a Saturday experience consistent with Sunday mornings in vision, programming, safety, culture, and excellence, while maintaining a healthy, empowered volunteer leadership team. The Saturday Director serves as the primary leader on campus during the Saturday service and ensures that the middle school room is staffed, prepared, supported, and led without requiring regular Family Ministries staff to be present. The Family Ministries staff provides the vision, programming, systems, and resources; the Saturday Director leads their execution on Saturday. This is a 10-hour-per-week role, with work extending beyond Saturday evening. Weekly activities generally include service preparation and leadership, recruiting and scheduling volunteers, volunteer communication and follow-up, leadership development and coaching, meetings and communication with Family Ministries staff and the Saturday Service Pastor, reviewing curriculum and programming, preparing for special events or seasonal needs, and following up on Saturday outcomes and family needs.
