About The Position
As a student in the IT Service Centers Support team, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the mandate of upgrading IT equipment for all Beneva employees. You will join an experienced team where collaboration and service quality are top priorities.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a full-time college or university IT program in the fall of 2026
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Ease of working in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper follow-up of the list of workstations targeted for replacement
- Deliver, install, and maintain office equipment
- Install and maintain software on workstations
- Keep the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) up to date
- Retrieve files from backups
- Schedule appointments with users to coordinate and validate workstation migration
- Participate in finding solutions to incidents and problems
