About The Position

As a Student - Registration Technician, you will analyze client needs and perform administrative tasks related to the implementation and renewal of group contracts. You will develop intervention strategies to complete registrations or renewals and support employers during implementations. You will provide technical support on work methods and collaborate closely with analysts and registration and configuration specialists. You will also work in collaboration with implementation advisors.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a full-time study program in a college or university program in the Fall 2026.
Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Perform technical or complex operations related to the setup of new groups, group renewals, member movements, enrollment, and billing.
Analyze sold or renewable files to determine client structures and accounts, specificities, and employer work methods, and develop work tools to facilitate internal processing following implementation.
Ensure that the administrative management needs of insurance plan administrators are well-defined during implementation or renewal in collaboration with distribution, Administrator Services, and the implementation team.
Communicate with insurance plan administrators to raise awareness and guide them in insurance administrative management during implementation or renewal.
Provide technical support to the various teams involved in group management.
Master the different group administration and billing systems to determine and meet client needs during implementation or renewals.
Write work procedures.
Participate with the implementation team and analysts in the execution of interactive system tests, configuration, or other modifications related to the implementation of a group contract.
Provide or request information by phone, interview, or correspondence regarding the service's activities (suppliers, external clients, etc.).
Prepare and provide quality assurance reports and submit them to the service's management team.
